Pathshala Hostel success story

Every few weeks, there is a task assignment to dispose the used sanitary napkins collected in the clay incinerator provided by Vatsalya foundation. A few of the children were working on it when some of the boys who were playing on the grounds decided that they could provide some additional help to get the work done! They ran over and stood next to the girls, spoke to them and did some quick task re-assignments and got down to business. There were no adults or teachers present at the scene…

Isn’t this what true education is about?

Salute to the team for bringing the children up in a world free of inhibitions. The way it is accomplished is by open communication where the same information is shared with both, boys and girls.
